Cancellation of Reservations

Cancellations of reservations for more than 12 people must be made in writing at least 4 weeks before the event takes place. For events with fewer than 12 people, only 2 weeks’ notice is required. For larger events, Simply Tea may require a longer cancellation period, provided that a separate agreement has been made regarding this.

Cancellation of Reservations Within 6 Days Before the Event:
In the case of cancellation of the entire event, or a reduction of more than 10% in the number of ordered Afternoon Tea covers, Simply Tea requires a fee equivalent to 50% of the price for the ordered covers. If there is a reduction in number, this applies to the canceled number beyond 10%. Additionally, the company may require compensation for costs related to specially agreed services that cannot be canceled (e.g., speakers).

Cancellation Later Than 6 Days Before the Event:
For cancellations and any reduction in the number of ordered covers later than 6 days before the event, the company may require compensation equivalent to 75% of all services.

No Show:
In the case of a no show, the full price for the entire event will be charged.

Courses and Lectures

Confirmation:
Courses and lectures are confirmed in writing. The confirmation includes a detailed specification of the course duration and the extent of the facilities to be provided, as well as other catering services. Additionally, the confirmation includes the total price per participant, as well as the amount of the deposit and reservation fee.

Participant Name List:
No later than 1 week before the event, the organizer must send a name list of the meeting participants.

Cancellation More Than 6 Weeks Before the Event:
Cancellations of entire courses or lectures must be made in writing 6 weeks before the event takes place. For larger events, the company will be entitled to require a longer cancellation period, provided that a separate agreement has been made regarding this.

Cancellation After 6 Weeks Before the Event:
For cancellations of entire courses or lectures after the aforementioned time, the company may require compensation equivalent to 65% of the price for the ordered services. Full coverage may be required for services that cannot be canceled.

Reduction in Number of Participants No Later Than 3 Weeks Before:
The number of participants can be reduced by up to 35% with written notice to the company no later than 3 weeks before the event takes place. If there is a reduction of more than 35%, the company may choose:

  1. To consider the event as canceled and require compensation of 65%.
  2. To proceed with the event with full payment for the number of guests that cannot be canceled according to this provision (more than 35%).

Reduction in Number of Participants Later Than 3 Weeks Before:
For any reduction later than 3 weeks before the event, the company may choose:

  1. To consider the event as canceled and require compensation (65%).
  2. To require full payment for any reduction in number.
