Earl Grey Cookies

Approximately 60 Earl Grey cookies

Ingredients:

  • 300 g soft butter
  • 230 g brown sugar
  • 60 g Simply Tea Earl Grey tea
  • Zest of one organic lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 g flour

Whisk the butter and sugar until white and fluffy. Add the Earl Grey tea and lemon zest, along with the eggs one at a time. Mix in the flour. Once the dough is ready, wrap it in cellophane and shape it into a 3 cm thick slab. You can use a baking mold if desired.

Chill the dough for at least 2 hours. Cut it into thin slices and bake the slices at 150° C for 15-20 minutes.

They are ready to come out when they are light brown. Then sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

You will get the best Earl Grey cookies when you use organic ingredients!
