Ingredients:
125 g 70%+ chocolate
125 g butter
2 eggs
170 g finely ground raw sugar
75 g spelt flour
100 g walnuts
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate and butter together without stirring.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the chocolate/butter mixture, flour, and walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
This batch will yield 6 large or 12 small brownies.
Bake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.
You can store the brownies in an airtight container for up to a week. You can also freeze them, where they can be kept for up to a month.
