Ingredients:
- 250 g soft butter
- 250 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ vanilla bean
- 450 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 10 g baking soda
- 325 g 70% coarsely chopped dark chocolate
- 150 g hazelnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175° C.
- Whisk the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
- Add the flour, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda, and mix everything together well.
- Fold in the chocolate and nuts at the end.
- Form 50-gram balls of dough and flatten the balls with your hand, placing them on a tray lined with baking paper, about 6 pieces per baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
- Store in a cool, airtight container.
